Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Psychiatry, and The Cardiovascular Institute. The Department
of Anesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Management had been without a chief for over twenty months.
Meanwhile, many of these departments have been at the center of headline-grabbing patient care
